The featured images thumbnails are not resizing.

I uploaded very nice size pictures and all are being resized, but are not equal.

I am also having this issue with posted events and youtube videos, possibly others, but haven’t gotten there yet. Any chance you can post the resolution so others who are having the issue may fix it?
