The custom favicon option inside the theme options will not upload. Can you advise?

I am having the same issue in the Mataam Restaurant theme. The favicon is correctly formatted, 16×16.ico. Yet nothing changes when I upload.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
