I’m getting a fatal error when I update the theme and Carzone Core | Also, Visual Composer is not updating correctly.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

You can decrease the font-size so that the text will fit in a single line.

Is there an option in the interface to change that or do I need to adjust the style.css? If I need to do the style, which line is it.

In Appearance/Widgets Section/Topbar Left, you can decrease the font size. Have a look at the screenshot.
