The countdown appears from the slider caption. We have given the countdown code in page meta > slider caption like

<h3>Creative and Amazing Meetup in India!</h3>
[countdown year="2017" month="04" day="03" hour="15" minute="13" class="frontpage-counter"]

I am able to get the slider demo working. What I am having trouble with is the caption background and making it transparent like the demo. When I choose black, it is solid black with 0 opacity.

I can see only the coming soon page. Please let me know the details of your issue. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
