This is the exact error message Warning: mb_substr() expects parameter 3 to be long, string given in /home/djroouk1/public_html/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 3469

Anyone know how to fix this?

Fixed it it was a problem with CKeditor plugin causing the problem.
