Hello,

Wondering how to change my emails to patients/clients when they book appointments or sign up for my blog to a specified name or email address instead of name@box319.bluehost.com?

I have already filled in the “Form Email HEader” to have my name but that does not change anything. Any advice?

1. If you are using shared hosting, then kindly consider asking the hosting department about this emails issue. But if you are using dedicated server, then sometimes it happens because there will be some limit for the emails to show up.

2. I have logged in to your site with yours previous logins and saw that “Form Email Header” is working fine. You have mentioned this name “Dr. Colin O’Brien ND” in “Form Email Header” and the same name is showing in the email header.

Hi,

I have a similar issue. The email “from” address shows the customer’s email address which they entered during form submission.

How can change the “From” to show my email address?
