    Hello!

I would like to know what I need to change/edit to get the custom theme post types (events, albums, etc) to show up as Menu options for non Super Admin users.

    Thanks

It’s not possible with this theme to have custom post types display for contributors, authors, and users.

The user level is “Administrator” who can not see the custom post types in the Menu section of the site. The only level that can see it is “Super Admin”.

    Why? How do I fix?

We are confused with your question I think. You can contact us via Skype with your WP logins and URL so that we can help you on Skype Live Chat.

Your Skype hours are not very convenient for your US customers.

Let me try and explain the issue better.

I am running a MultiSite install of WP. On a site where I have the MusicPlay theme, the users that are “Administrator” can not see any of the Custom Post Types (Events, etc) in the Menu editor. As “Super Admin” I see them, but this is not convenient to my client. What can be done to fix this?

    Thanks

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Because this is a LIVE site for a client, I can not have you logging in. I will be more than happen to do screen share where I drive and you direct me to specific locations.
