download all of Boao not appear! ( HELP HERE)

I saw on the page theme options you have the option to enable and disable the download all button, but on my site does not appear that button!

Can anyone help me here ???

If you are using the mp3 files from your server then its possible but if you have the URLs with the external MP3 not on your server then its not possible to get that option.

You have to assign the ID for your External mp3 urls as well if its used as an internal media files from your server with a different directory structure.

If you still get an issues please provide us WP-Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
