The featured images for doctors are not showing anywhere. I have tried importing the demo content and setting featured images on them but still no luck. Following the documentation does not resolve the issue. What am I missing?

If you are using Jetpack Plugin, then deactivate photon from that plugin. Then it will work out. If you don’t use jetpack, then provide us wp-logins to your website, then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply, so that only admin can see your logins.

I have seen that GD Library is not installed on your server. That’s the reason the images are not showing up.
