No need to provide any purchase code for revolution slider. You just import the given attached folder and replace the images with your own images.

Go to slider revolution > import slider. Have a look at the screenshot.
If you don’t get on how to do that, then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can add it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Which version of the slider revolution you are using? Current version is 5.3.1.5

I think you are using the older version of the theme. Kindly update the theme to the latest version so that the latest version 5.3.1.5 of revolution slider plugin will be included in the theme.
Update the theme from theme forest account.
