Hi,

I have added a shortcode to a DJ Mix category as shown below.

[musicdjmix columns=”3″ cat=”english” limit=”4″ pagination=”true”]

I have two External MP3 items in that category and one Soundcloud item. It seems like the audio player is treating the two External MP3 items as the same one. If you play the first External MP3, then you click to play the second External MP3, it will just pause the stream thinking it’s the same one. However, if you play a Soundcloud item, it will correctly start playing the Soundclound mp3 stream.

Is this a known bug? If not, can you provide a fix or workaround please?

Note that this problem doesn’t happen when you have the DJ-Mix in the layout shown in the demo page below. It’s only when I use the shortcode and to arrange the items in a grid with columns.

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins.

Hi MAWK,

The fix worked, but now I have a few other issues that didn’t seem to exist before.

Here is the site once again for reference:

1. The icon thumbnail of the album is too small (uses 40×40 version) and shows up very blurry in the audio player bar. Can it be made to use the 80×80 version by default? The image was crispier before the fix.

2. The name of the radio station (external mp3) in the audio player (2nd line in player — duplicate of first line) and the name of the DJ Mix category (3nd line in audio player) are incorrect. It seems that they always show the name and category of the first station that shows up on the page, and never gets updated. This functionality works better in the single column layout of dj-mix as can be seen here, for reference: http://www.nasheedradio.com/dj-mixes/

3. The playlist toggle button in the audio player is no longer showing up when I have the window expanded to full screen (testing in chrome). It shows up when I resize the window and start making it smaller however.

Hi MAWK,

I have asked to have the image icon’s resolution in the audio player set to 80×80 (it used to be 40×40 and blurry), but when that change was made, the icon is now getting cut off. I tried changing it back to the original values of 60×60, but it’s still sitting at 80×80 and I can’t seem to change it.

I have attached an image that shows the problem. I changed the icon image resolution to be from 80×80 back to 60×60. I just need the dimensions of the image to change from 80×80 back to 60×60, which I can’t seem to figure out.

Hi MAQK,

I think you misunderstood what I trying to say. I need the icon to be 60×60, and not 80×80. It gets cut off from the bottom in the audio player if it’s 80×80 (see attached image in previous post). I had changed it to 60×60 in the files you had changed, but that didn’t work for me. I think there’s another file or more that needs to be changed so it’s back to 60×60 everywhere?

Attached is what the icon is supposed to look like (from the full width audio player site and similar to the demo site you have for MusicPlay)
