I tried to select “Disable OpenClose Text:
Check this if you wish to hide open/close text” but every time I would update the settings it would uncheck itself and no changes would take place.
    Please help.
    Lana

Business Hours Plugin is going to be updated with in 2 to 3 days. So if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and we’ll update it with in 2 to 3 days. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

No need of providing any licence for the same domains. But if you use different domains, then you need to use licence key for that.
Please update the plugin to v2.6.0. Disable Open Close text will work in latest version. If don’t works please let us know. So that we can take a closer look in to that.

I’m afraid I don’t understand your reply. The theme was registered against a test domain and the site moved to the live domain. The development was done on a completely different server and the site was cloned and moved to the live domain server. We need to change the license to the live domain. There does not appear to be a way to reset the domain from the development domain to the live site domain. Can it be?

    Thanks.

The plugin has been updated already. I see you are using 2.1.0 version of the theme, kindly update the theme to the latest version which is version 2.4.0 and update the plugins to get issues resolved and make sure you take a backup doing updates or anything. Make sure you use child theme for easier updates in future.
