I want to use 3 different packages on 2 different pages. How do I do that?
i.e, my site has Business Internet and Residential Internet as menus. I want 3 packages under Business Internet page and 4 packages under Residential Internet. These packages are completely different
You can use the categories to display the packages. Assign the packages in different categories and create a shortcode as shown in the documentation with the categories you wish to display on the different pages and display according to your requirement
Which categories? Cities or Zip Code?

I tried this [packages style="style2" isppro_cat="10001"] but it did not work. Is there anything I’m missing?
That is zip code not the categories I think. Check in your packages categories about the category slug first and then use the same slug to display the packages based on those slugs if you are stuck at any point and have doubts you can consider chatting with us on Skype so that we can use a Remote Access Software to help out on achieving the layout you want.
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
