my name is Raul, I just bought the theme and it gives me a serious error, you can not download the theme in the download icon, in the administrator is the link of the mp3 route and in the frontend does not download and appears = “The track with the title” “does not contain a tracking resource!”. help,

Have you added the download mp3 file in the download link of the media? or else If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

I see that in your PHP settings allow_url_include is Off. Kindly enable it and then check the download option and let me know.
