Hi I just installed the theme, and all the required plugins and did the demo import, but the end result the header, portion where the logo and menu are displayed is all broken up. logo is a no show, can you please fix it.

You need to setup the placements as well and remove the default widgets which appears after the theme activation.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins. Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

hi again,

apologies for another message, the home page mobile issue is resolved on chrome but i just checked on safari browser and its still there. 🙁

I will check in the safari and let you know and regarding the updates mostly you can download the theme and update based on the changelog documentation and if you feel like you want an update quickly then you can contact us via Skype and we will be happy to assist you.
