I did the one click demo import on my install, but it doesn’t look anything like the demo. It seems to be missing the pretty colors, fonts and photos. How does this get resolved?

You need to use your own images. The theme images are used for the demo purpose. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can set up the missing content and sections. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
