Dear Support,

Seems like i’m not the only one who can’t get the demo data working and i can’t seem to find a solution on this forum…

I’m importing the Musicplay demo data and get these errors:

Can You please help me out? Is it a write permission problem maybe?

Sometimes such mistakes are happened [ERROR] Failed to import “blog-post-1” (Media) after importing the demo data. You need to add the media manually.

And where can i find the media? Can’t find it in the theme zip file i downloaded 🙂

You need to check our demo. Where ever the images are in the demo you have to set your own images.

Really? That’s very odd… Have build many WordPress sites with themes that were bought through Themeforrest, but this is the first time i don’t have the images within the theme.

When the demo images are imported, i can create my own images much easier since i then know what size i need to make them to fit the theme…

Not to be a pain in the a.., but i don’t think this is normal… When i import demo data the images should be there… Why even put the option to import the demo data if it doesn’t even do half the job?

If you want the images same as the demo. So kindly please provide us WP Logins to your website with URL. We will set up the images as like demo. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Great! I see you’ve done a lot of things already, but some things don’t work yet (logo and background for instance).

Those images are not showing as I see that it has some issues with your hosting maybe if you open the URL then it doesn’t display the image from direct URL.

For example you can try opening this in your browser http://tfio.masshysteria.nl/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/logo-white-1.png

Fixed those hosting issues and it now looks as it should 🙂
