demo data dont load correctly editor

Hi, after load demo data all my pages, when i try to edit, dont load correctly the visual editor.. all content’s load in brackets, and this is very uncomfortable for inexperienced users.
Can you help me to solve this please? Thanks in advance

Hi @chandecaseros,
you need to install the classic editor plugin. or else if you wish we can help with the theme installation so that it would be easy for you. if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Hi! Sorry but the inconvenience continues.
My problem wasn’t how to load demo data, my problem is that if you go to Pages > Home and edit it, the editor is broken and all the content is in brackets which makes maintenance significantly difficult for unexperience users.. as you can see in the next image.

Can you help to solve this, please? Thanks in advance

I see your page is working fine. The brackets what you are seeing is the shortcodes. Its not a drag and drop feature. So the visual effect will be on the frontend and backend you will be seeing only the shortcodes.

Hi emmyvet,
After demo import, you will get the demo sample placeholder images. you can use your own images. If you want our theme images and facing any difficulty while importing demo data then you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL we’ll setup your theme. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
