Hi i have purchased the theme, installed the emo content which looks different and I have no w-bakery with the theme even though it says its included in the bundle.

Can you help?

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and set up the demo for you. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

We had seen you added your own content on your theme. If we update demo content then the current content is replaced by the demo content. Can you please elaborate your question briefly what exactly you want to achieve.

Hi I have the same issue , bought the theme and did the 1 click import but entire site is missing the demo content and images ! Install main theme and child theme. Please help

You need to use your own images. The theme images are used only for demo purpose. if you want demo images then we will set up images on your web site as well as missing demo content. And for more information please read the theme documentation it will help you to understand the theme functionalities.

I had seen demo data imported fine on your website and you will get placeholder images by default. The images shown in the demo are used only for demo purpose you can’t use those images are copyright. So, you need to use your own images.
