Hi Guys,

i have built and installed and titivated both theme and child theme. but the last step of importing the data via the ‘one click’ import fails. but it does not give me a good error message to trouble shoot.

Widgets appears to be there. but nothing else below is the output of the import attempt.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

It is the same as you look in the demo but the images are not there instead we gave placeholder images as those are copyrighted images. You need to set up the slider and add your slider images in it. If you still have any issues please let me know so that we can help you install again.

thanks for getting back, i turned the site password back on because i had the reply from Wajid Khan saying that nothing is wrong. which it isn’t. :o). i have turned it back off

should all the image_icon_boxes be like this?
