I just updated my theme to 7.2.0 and all the custom widgets disappeared. Only WordPress generic widgets are visible, they also disappeared in the dashboard/admin area.

You updated the theme to the older version current version is v10.1 released on 2019-03-20. If you have extended support license I would have taken a closer look at it to give you an idea of what went wrong or so.
