None of the fields in the options editor are populated with the current default values. This makes it extrmeley difficult to work with. I’ve never seen a theme designed this way.

See attachment. When you open this up all of the current values that the theme shipped with should be in there. This makes it so much more difficult to use than it should be.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Theme comes with default skin and if you want to customize we have given you different individual elements to set according to your needs but all the values in the options panel will be there. I’ve never seen a theme designed this way.? I don’t get your point will you please elaborate it?
