We are using the default contact page and added it to the menu bar. When we click on the menu item, nothing loads on the page.

You are using the ajaxified version of the theme so you need to call back the form script from ajaxify.js as for contact form 7 plugins we are giving the default commented code where you can I comment code to make contact form 7 plugin working if used on ajaxified end version of the theme as well.

If you can provide with WP Logins then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp logins. There is an issue with some Coding in the gmap shortcode which is conflicting with the Page Load
