When I try to submit on the contact form, it jumbles up the page and gets stuck.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

@homesweet: Give me access to download the plugin wpide to access your files to check where the issue is occurring otherwise do install wpide plugin by yourself and let me know. So that I can check.
