contact form is not working

Hello,

I created a contact form through the WPForms plugin.

The form is not displayed correctly, as you can see in the screenshot.

Furthermore, when I click the submit button there is an error.

Hi,

Third party plugins styling doesn’t include only contact form 7 plugin is included if you wish to use the WPforms plugins, please kindly ask the owner of the plugin to get the style for it.
