is there any place where I can download import package to have identical Eventra theme with configuration on my end like on your sample demo page?

Go to Appearance > Eventra > Import Sample Content(One Click Demo Content). Here it will import all the demo content.
You can just follow our documentation in setting up the theme. After following the documentation, if you don’t get in doing so then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can set up the theme like demo. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.
