Dear Team,

We are doing some test on booking page, client is not receiving email for confirmation, and same as the admin.

Is there need to be set for email stmp server, trying to find the option in the autowash options,

Or am i missing some setting here,

You have to provide Admin Email ID in your theme options.
Find this path Appearance/Autowash/Admin E-mails Setup/Admin Email ID

It is provided already, but the result is the same, i don’t get email notification on both side (client and admin)

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
<small>Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.</small>
