I spoke with you last week about the Child Theme not working in WordPress 4.1.1. You acknowledged that this was a known issue and would have a new update Monday (yesterday) but I don’t see the new update when I log on to my themeforest account and go to downloads. I also don’t see an email announcing an update.

I had another small bug in the theme so we delayed that update. Will be updated today.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

We will definitely do free installation for you and for that if you can provide us the WP Logins and URL as srinivas said that would be easier and you can use your email ID and then let us know the details here itself. Make sure you set the post as a private so that only admin or our support staff can view the login details.
