Im unable to find where to change the line :

It looks like UltraNet Broadband Service is Available. But, one of our representatives can take a closer look at the results.

that shows after you submit the customers info and address for service check.

Go through the Packages/Packages settings/Localization you can find Service availability option here you can give custom text as per your requirement.
