“I’ve installed the Ultranet theme and managed to configure almost everything. I’ve set up city codes and names, and assigned service packages to them. However, after selecting the ‘Check Availability’ button on a particular package, the ‘Check for Service’ page does not appear. In the example installation on the website preview.themeforest.net, everything works correctly. Can you suggest what to do to get this working?”

May be you have not done setting for the Check Page in the settings please check screenshot.

After clicking on Packages Settings, only the tabs (General Settings, Localization, Email Settings) are displayed without any content.

Clear your system cache please and if the problem still persist please let me know so that I can take a closer look at it.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins. Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.
