As there is an issue with up loading bulk zipcodes and i guess there is not an option to add extras to a customers order, what is the best way to change to forms so that i can replace it with a contact form 7 etc as i will need to do a multi step form with call packages and calling features which will then be emails as a order to the customer and to our provisioning team.

I think its better if you create Contact Form 7 and use it

this i know as it is what i want to do, but i want to edit the form on the page but still use the plug in, as this is the reason why i got the theme

i would like to change the fields so i am asking for best practice on how to do it

Do i adapted the plug in source code or should i just replace the form on the page itself

If anything what i want to do should really be built into the plugin itself

If you wish to modify the code here is the file located in

wp-content/plugins/isppro/shortcodes/isppro_pavailability.php

And the mail functions are in wp-content\plugins\isppro\includes\isppro-functions.php in this file, you can find the function isppro_booking_request for the mail functions where you have to add the variables as you do in the above file.

If you wish to customize we can do that for you in a few $$$. We can give a quotation for that form after you send us your requirement for the form fields
