Hi
I have worked out how to setup the category page:
See my example, http://www.veeforlife.com/recipes/soups
But when I click on the recipe, it errors? What do I need to do to see the actual recipe page?
The instructions not very clear about this!
Also, what do I need to do in the recipe settings section regarding the slugs under general settings?
Thank you

Kindly update the permalinks in settings section.

Go through this tutorial on “How are slugs used in WordPress?” https://bloggertowp.org/tutorials/user-guide/permalinks-and-slugs/
im not sure i understand?
what do i need to put in the recipes > recipes settings > general settings section > slugs?
do i need to create pages and then bring their names in here?
i tried entering /%category%/ and /%postname%/ in the recipe slug settings and that did not work… im sorry to be a pain but i need some very clear instructions please
1. Go to Settings > Permalinks > Click on “Save Changes” Button.
2. If you want to change the name of the recipe in url http://localhost/wordpress-cookpro/recipe/spinach-russian-salad/
to something else like
http://localhost/wordpress-cookpro/recipe-slug/spinach-russian-salad/
If you don’t understand still then if you can come on skype, then we can help you by giving support on skype. Our skype id: support-aws
1. Can you point out with a screencast where the recipe is repeating?
2. You have to select the Sidebar Position in Page meta options to left or right sidebar and then go to Appearance/ Widgets and place your widget in Main Sidebar.
just have a look at this page
If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.
Fixed your issue. Edited file: rcp-filters-actions-hooks.php.
Sorry, I thought that you are using our epicer theme. You are using some other theme. So, in Appearance/ Widgets you will find “Sidebar” where you can drag the recipe widgets.
I don’t know which theme you are using but the custom sidebar option is available in our epicer theme. We don’t know about your theme.
