Can’t install Aivah Shortcodes Plugin all page confused, please fix and contact me OK! thank you message show: Plugin not activated. A higher version of Aivah Shortcodes is needed for this theme. Please update the plugin.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

In plugins folder, you have created a sub folder for aivah shortcodes. Make it as parent directory.

We have just moved the folder to the parent. You don’t have to worry about it now as we will be fixing that in the next release today. We have a new release of this fixed version and a slider revolution updated v5.1.1 which will be available for download in few hours i think.

Hi, I recently bought a theme from your website ( http://themeforest.net/item/anona-pest-control-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/11056153).
When i’ve installed it on my wordpress it seems to not work and say it’s missing the Aivah Shortcodes plugin. i tried to install it without success.
What’s happening? i have not yet uploaded the website so i send you some screenshots.

Kindly download the latest version which was released yesterday and try importing the data and the plugins and I hope it will definitely work for you. If it doesn’t resolves with the latest release then If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

I can see your template is connected perfectly and the theme in themes where you can’t see. Am I seeing the correct domain? http://www.ecodis.it/wp-admin/themes.php
