Hi Anona team,

after having updated the theme to the last version I’m having a big issue with it as I can’t save any changes to the options. The themes replies me with the usual “settings saved” (or similar) but if I refresh the page no changes has been done,

Could you please help me?

We are sorry to say this, your support time has been expired. You need to repurchase the license in order to extend the support for the theme.

Kindly provide us the wp logins of your website so that we can check because it might be the issue at your end or so. So if you can provide us the logins we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Everything seems to be fine with the coding. It might be the problem with WP Fastest Cache Plugin you are using. Try clearing the servers cache and give it a try. After clearing the cache, if it doesn’t works then let us know.

Hi,

sorry to bother you again but I disabled WP Fastest Cache and deleted the server’s cache but actually nothing seems to change; I tried also disabling all the plugins but, even in this case, nothing changes.

Do you have any other idea?

Do you have another hosting account? If yes, try installing the theme in another hosting account and see it works or not. Otherwise try installing it in localhost and let me know if it won’t work.
