I can’t appear to change the “week starts on” settings. If I change it, save the settings, and revisit the page it returns to “Sunday”.

Also, if “Today’s text” has an apostrophe it adds a backslash there. IF I remove it, it puts it back.

This is version 3.0. I have tried removing and reinstalling the plugin.
