I cannot access the Customize section – says there is a fatal error on website and no changes save or take effect when I try to change the hours. Help please! Thank you!

I am trying to update hours within the footer and cannot edit existing or create a new set of hours. I also still cannot use the Customize feature. I am about done with your theme as it costs me so much time and I never get done what I need to. Can you see why Business Hours Pro is not working and why I cannot use the Customize feature? https://bandgautoshop.com/

I just renewed support again as I am still experiencing numerous issues with your theme. I cannot access theme editor, customize settings, etc. Can you please look on back end to see what is going on? My client has an emergency – needs to change or add a secondary phone number and I can’t even do that as I can’t access any area to do so.

I just found where I need to manually update support renewal in my profile. Kindly see my latest request for assistance as I cannot edit your theme at all at this point. I have support from today through March 2, 2021.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as a private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-login to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including WordPress content, theme options, widgets etc.

Holy cow – that is SO MUCH BETTER! I have wasted so much time obviously trying to fix something that I could not on my own! I feared having to replace your theme. I wondered if you were still supporting it as it was just difunctional. Thank you!!!

Its displaying the plugin warnings for now no need of concerned. Actually, there are some bugs with WordPress’s latest version we are working on it. So that it is compatible with WordPress 5.5 version we will notify you when it has been done.
