cannot upload LinoFeast zip into WordPress

I downloaded the theme in a zip file format to my computer. I cannot upload the zip file to my wordpress account.

In wordpress I am at install themes > upload > choose file

When the windows window opens and I click on the zip file it does not appear in the “file” box at the bottom of the screen. It will not let me select the file in order to upload it.

Kindly upload it manually and give it a try some servers may not have the upload option size what customs themes have, i mean premium themes will be more than 2MB generally so sometimes limitation halts the installation. So manually upload and give it a try. If the problem still persists then please let me know url and WP Logins so that we can take a closer look at it.

I tried activating the theme but it took me to http://sampleurl.com/wp-admin/themes.php?activated=true and it just stopped there. When I tried to get to the dashboard I was not able to get to it. The front end of the site was also blank.

So I then uploaded the unzipped files using FTP. Went to the dashboard and tried to activate the theme but the same thing happened. It took me to http://sampleurl.com/wp-admin/themes.php?activated=true and it just stopped there.

What should I do?

Kindly please provide us with FTP Logins. If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

Sorry we didn’t get your WP Logins we only got the FTP Logins and You purchased linofeast as it shows in our database and when we see in your themes directory it was a mataam theme so kindly please provide the item purchase code for the mataam theme and we can give you the support for the theme.
