Cannot see Theme Options when using WordPress Multisite

If you are using the wordpress multisites then you have to switch to the separate site and activate the theme from Appearance > Themes Section. If you don’t know how to do this then if you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it and we’ll let you know the issue. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.

I checked with your logins and that theme options is working fine. http://klaus-clean.li/new/wp-admin/themes.php?page=optionsframework

I got your point based on your screenshot that you were looking to have a global theme options for all the sites which is not possible with any theme. Every site has a different ID and different database so its not possible to have it global.
