On a fresh install of WordPress (4.7.3), I have done the following steps:

    1. Uploaded Labora Theme (2.2.0)
    2. Uploaded Labora Child Theme
    3. Activated Labora Child Theme
    4. Install Recommended Plugins
    5. Activated Recommended Plugins
    6. Click Import Demo Data on One Click Demo Import Page
    7. Got an error: “Error: Internal Server Error (500)”

    The log file is attached

Since no demo data has been loaded, there is no way to use this theme due to PHP errors on the homepage.

If you can provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.
