Theme and child theme installed, but cannot activate the plugin Business Hours Pro due to the following error:

Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in [REDACTED]/wp-content/plugins/iva-business-hours-pro/iva-business-hours-pro-widget.php on line 323

This error appears in iva-business-hours-pro-shortcode.php on line 318 and iva_bhrs_vc_addon.php on line 394, all related to the output of function iva_bh_get_weekdays();

I Have the same problem.

My PHP version is 5.3.29
