Kindly remove the height: 1.8em in datepicker.css file on line #91.

.iva-date-ui.ui-datepicker .ui-datepicker-prev, .iva-date-ui.ui-datepicker .ui-datepicker-next {position:absolute;width: 50px;height:1.8em;text-align:center;cursor: pointer;}
