    Hi guys,
I have a problem with the date picker when creating new event. The calendar is in Italian so when I pick a date the filed becomes example “10 Ottobre, 2016”, and when I do save, the field is not saved and the event is not shown on the front-end.
If I manually input the correct format “10 October, 2016” without using the calendar, the data is saved.
Is there a way to solve this issue?
    Thanks for your answer!
    Cheers
    Simone

We are sorry to say this, your support time is expired. You need to repurchase the licence in order to extend the support for the theme.

We have not added the date formats in to our theme. Kindly please wait for 2 to 3 days so that we’ll consider adding the date formats to our theme in the latest update by monday.

I just updated with the latest version of musicplay you released today, but that didn’t solve my problem.
Please see attached files “1” and “2”.
1 – I create a new event and as you can see, the calendar is in ITALIAN, as well as the date field “21 ottobre, 2016”
2 – I click PUBLISH (or update) the event but the date field disappears and the event is not shown in the frontend.

Please let me know how we can solve this issue.
    Thanks

Kindly set the date format from Settings > General > Date Format. Only the date formats which are available in settings > general are supported. Have a look at the screenshot.

Since my site is in Italian, the date format settings are only in ITALIAN!!!!
I’d like not to change the whole language only for this bug, please let me talk to a developer so we can solve with some lines of code.

We have not added date formats option but will be coming soon in next release where you can choose available date formats for the datepicker.
