Hello
All week the hours present correctly the open and closed times, But when it comes to the weekend it’s one day off. See screenshot below for example

I’ve checked my time settings in WordPress and they’re correct. Not sure what other useful information I can give you.
Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Fem
I don’t know what to say. It’s working fine for me too. The last two fridays it presented incorrectly. I’ll watch it next week and let you know if it acts up again. Like I said, it’s weird… Maybe something was being tweaked on the server level?
Thanks for taking a look.

It’s okay! No problem. Watch it next week and let us know if the problem persists again.
Hello, I’b back 😉
It’s an hour before closing and the hours on the website are communicating that it’s the following day and that we’re closed.
If you’re not able to catch this maybe you can try and catch it again tomorrow. Below is the timestamp
UTC time is 2015-12-16 01:12:34
Local time is 2015-12-15 17:12:34
Thanks!
Jules

Hi Shailaja
I finally pinpointed the exact time that the plugin thinks the day switches, 4:00pm PST, 5:30am your time, and UTC+0 within the WP control panel Settings > General > Timezone.
I uploaded the plugin to the live website located on another server just to be sure that server time wasn’t an issue and the issue was the same.
Any ideas on what could be causing this?
Hi Fem
I updated the plugin as you directed, but the problem is not resolved.
NOTE: The plugin I downloaded and updated to was v2.5.3 – 18th November 2015. This the same version that I already had installed. Are you sure the plugin was updated?
thanks

We have not updated the latest version in themeforest. We’ll update it soon. Is there anything else that I can assist you with?
Hi Shailaja
I was following the instructions from Fem’s reply on Jan 1.

Thanks for pointing it out. We set the UTC timezones and now it should work fine. We will be updating the plugin today. Kindly please update your plugin then deactivate it and activate it back again.
I’m still experiencing the same problem. Please let me know if this issue has been resolved, but I don’t have access to the updated software, or if the problem is still being worked on.
Thanks!
jules
