Do I need to buy Business Hours Pro 3.6.3 to make my site work? I thought it was included.
It’s an older version included and to work it needs an upgrade to 3.6.3. But the upgrade doesn’t work so I guess I need a clean install… Do you have one for me?

DOSA – LayersWP – 3.2.0 – Updated – 2017-01-31 – is available for download. Make sure you take a backup of the old version before updating to the latest version of the theme. Please do check the theme ChangeLog.txt file provided in the full package downloaded from themeforest/codecanyon.

After updating if it doesn’t work then provide us WP Logins to your website with URL then we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.

But what do you mean? I just downloaded newest DOSA, newest layers PRO, It’s Business Hours Pro 3.6.3 I need.

“The following plugin needs to be updated to its latest version to ensure maximum compatibility with this theme: Business Hours Pro.
Begin updating plugin | Dismiss this notice ”

And the update DOES NOT WORK

I have cross checked and it is working fine at my end.

But I don’t understand? Why can’t you just send me a link to download the latest version of Business Hours Pro?
Then I can uninstall and just install the latest. No work for you?
