That’s not so easy to add or modify any fields. There are so many files to be edited to add any field. We can’t explain you on how to do that as it becomes a custom work.

Can you please let me know the file name where the template is located ?? So why you fixed the fields if we cant change the file or what type of support is this ?

The template file is located in storeup/storeup-niche/template-booking.php
Yes, if you want to change in that form the price and package options are linked to so many files. You can play around with the form but if you are a developer then you can do it.
For mail functions: Yes, you can add it for mail functions. You can find in storeup-functions.php in the same directory.

@NiiksMaria: It’s not that easy to separate small, medium and large options. It becomes a custom work but if you wish we can do it for some XXX dollars.
