I used a blockquote shortcode in a few of my pages and would like to know how to make that text darker? It’s circled in the pic below. Also, is there a way to lower the headings a bit more? For example, my pic that has the heading “Classics” I’d like to lower it so it’s not so close to the menu item above it. Thanks in advance.

Yes you can inspect the element using firebug in firefox and then add your own custom css in the theme options custom css section.
