Sorry for the delay in response.
As shown in the above image, leave the Open and Close fields empty and save changes. After doing this open the string translations from WPML string translations and translate the strings to your languages from there.
If you find difficulty in doing that you can provide us the wp logins to your website so that we can take a closer look at it. Make sure you set the post as private reply so that only admin can see your wp-logins.
Note: Before providing the wp-logins to any support staff, kindly please make sure you take a backup of everything including wordpress content, theme options, widgets etc.
