Hi, I’ve noticed, that you updated your theme. I am still having the older theme online and everything works fine. I’ve just tested it last Weekend. But now, and I didn’t make any changes to the site, the Player doesn’t work well. Not in any case, but most of the times, I can’t stop or pause it and after a while it Plays 2 or more tracks simultaneously. I have no idea why this could happen? Could it be that the Player links to online sources and they are changed? THe site is live and so it would be great if you could help me as soon as possible. We have not changed anything in the player settings in the update. But yes May be some external resources or URL or server settings have been changed May be that’s the reason it has stopped or acting differently.

FYI: I’ve tested your demo site http://www.aivahthemes.com/musicplay/ and I’ve got the same issue with the player. Could you reproduce the error/issue?

It works fine at my end on the Mobile and as well as on the Desktop. Can you send me the screenshots so that i can take a closer look at the issues.

Hi, I’ve tested it a few minutes ago and the player does not work correctly on my Windows 7 Laptop with IE11. I can’t stop the Music file and when I come to e.g. Albums section, the player plays 2 or more sound files simultaneously 🙁 This also happens when I just click around the menu. The player plays the initially loaded sound file multiple times. Attached is a screenshot, but unfortunately, you can’t hear anything 😉 Would be great, if you could find a fix for that issue. As I’ve already mentioned, this doesn’t happen before your last update. Cheers, Rainer

We have tested on the same platform you mentioned but it is working fine at my end. If you can clear your cache and check. There is no such coding that laptop acts as another device its same as desktop. When its not working in desktop then we can think about it that something is wrong.

This happen with ogg file extension – if you play ogg stream/file then You will click on other audio file player will play both becouse ogg stream will not stop – I use this theme for radio stations and everywhere wher is the ogg stream file will not stop play until you will refresh the page
