HI there, the background picture not coming full size or tile type but coming as 200% zommed and blurred on mobile device, Desktop is ok. It changed after updating version 9

the background picture, not logo, would you really mind to go to the website from mobile and desktop and see the difference of BACKGROUND PICTURE PLEASE??
on Mobile the graphic is 200% zoomed, it should show normal
