We are using g-suite. All the MX records and SPF are created. Every time someone submits and appointment request, it the details show up in spam that goes to us and to the person that submitted the appointment request. Please let me know what I can do to remedy this. This doesn’t happen when we use Gravity Forms or anything else, but your appointment setup is nice and I’d like to continue to keep using your theme on other clients once this is fixed.
